Massage Therapy
I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005. The majority of my practice was in Tennessee. I have also practiced in Iowa. Now my certification is with California. I have experience with regular Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, as well as Reiki.
Relaxation Massage $70/hour
Soothes muscle tension, improves blood circulation, and calms nervous system.
Hot Stone Massage $100
Takes approximately 90 minutes. It is like three massages in one. Great at easing pain, stress, and anxiety. Improves flexibility and circulation.
Pregnancy Massage $80/hour
Relieves stress and helps reduce swelling in arms and legs.
Scrub $20
Scrubs are wonderful at exfoliating the skin.
Sugar scrubs feed the skin, great for the winter.
Salt scrubs cleanse the skin, greart for summer.
Reiki Session $45/hour
For those who may be more comfortable without touch. Enables relaxation, reduces pain, aids with better sleep, improves mood.
Deep Therapeutic Massage $90/hour
Goes deeper to help heal areas of concern, elongating muscles and releasing knots.
Cold Stone Facial $20
Aids in reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, and soothing irritation.
Facial Cupping $20
Improves circulation, reduces puffiness, helps with fine lines, and brightens skin.
Hot Towels $10
Hot towels added to a massage service further aids in circulation and helps open up the pores, deepening the feeling of relaxation.
